We had a truly relaxing weekend at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable and whilst the carpets were a little worn in places it merely added to the character of the hotel. The views are stunning. The food was excellent and the standard did not drop when catering for a large wedding party in the marquee.

The only thing that let this hotel down was one or two of the members of staff who whilst helpful, looked far from enthusiastic about their work and had clearly forgotten how to smile!
