 shabby chic or tired hotel............it's a difficult call.
The accommodation was basic but the linen was clean
even if the room wasn't. The bathroom was dated if a bit grubby.
The breakfasts were ok and the location is ideal for the
historic dockyard and gunwharf key areas. Also close by.....
very close by were the end of line rail station, the bus terminal,
the taxi ranks and the 24-hr burger/tea bar. You can get ear plugs
from boots in gunwharf quay for £2 and this might be the best £2
you'll spend, especially if your room overlooks HMS Warrior at the front.
