Situated directly across from the shore of Loch Ryan with uninterrupted views of sea birds and Irish ferries. Family run we are just 450 metres from the Cairnryan ferry terminal and a five minute drive from the neighbouring Stranraer terminal. Within a short drive are a number of beautiful gardens protected by the warm gulf stream that frequents the area forest walks and nature reserves. A well known bird watching area it is just a few minutes walk along the shore to the bird watching area at Cairn Point frequented by many seeking a view of the King Eider and other rare seabirds. A period property Cairnryan House was built in 1894 and retains many of its original features. All of our rooms are non smoking en suite centrally heated with television dressing table hairdryer and a courtesy tea and coffee tray. Luxury Rooms have sitting area CD and DVD player. There is off road parking for up to ten vehicles and guests are welcome to sit in our front garden in our Guest Lounge which has leather sofas internet access and Sky Sports or relax by the fire in our restaurant that serves drinks lunches and afternoon teas whilst watching the ferries go by our window. Evening Meals Guests can be served an evening meal if pre booked in advance. Our Restaurant is licensed so you can enjoy a beer or wine with your meal.
