We stayed in the farmhouse, rather than the cottages, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The proprietors were very friendly and helpful and gave us recommendations for local places to eat and reliable local taxi firms to use. Not only that but they also gave us a lift to the wedding we were attending at the nearby Pelsham Estate to save us getting a taxi there. Breakfast was very pleasant too.
