Super 3-day stay. Large, sunny room, very clean & comfortable. Offered tea on arrival (late!), Peter & Carole very friendly & helpful. Excellent full breakfast, quickly served and beautifully cooked. Quiet too. 5 minutes from Lynton via pedestrian-only road at rear. Would definitely go back.

Pot of tea and biscuits on arrival was most welcome. Room large, airy and very comfortable. Good decor all round. Lovely Guest House which we would highly recommend. Breakfasts wonderful!! Peter and Carole very helpful and friendly. Liked the path at the rear of the hotel to get into Lynton itself which has very nice restaurants. A great location. Five very nice days. Thank you.

Very peaceful, tranquil setting. The owners were extremely helpful and hospitable. Lovely breakfast, large spacious room. It was clean and comfortable and a very attractive guest house - lovely decor. Close to town, would suit those that enjoy walking.

We stayed in the Bed and Breakfast for 3 days. This was our 3rd Visit. It was lovely.
Peter and Carole will help if you have any requirements. The breakfast were great, the room we were in was a good size. We will go again. Also the prices are extremely reasonable this means for us we can stay away an extra day.

From the cheery wave when we first arrived till the hug when we left, Peter & carole made us very welcome, nothing was too much bother, even when heavy rain forced us to stay indoors.Brilliant value for money, wonderful breakfasts, hope it won't be long before we can return, feel like we have made new friends.Great you won't be disapointed.

Tastefully furnished; spotlessly clean; every effort made to make one feel at home. As a walker it supplied everything I needed. Thank you.
