I stayed for one night and found it a little disappointing. The room was small but in good order. There were no tea making facilities, which I felt was because they wanted you to use room service. The room service was inordinately expensive, more than £10 for a sandwich.

The service my wife and I received was excellent, we were impressed from the moment we were met by the doorman. We enjoyed the wonderful service the reservations staff and housekeeping staff gave us and will certainly recommend the Westbury London to our friends. Many thanks.
