Basic is an understatement. Torn upholstery on settee, no plug in basin, lights flicker for ages when switched on. Breakfast to be avoided. Dirty dishes left on tables, they ran out of cereal bowls (when I asked for one I was told I would have to wait because they were all in use), knives & napkins. Hot food was not being replenished and when we went to breakfast at 0830 they had run out of scrambled eggs. Better to go to Asda 1 mile away, cheaper and much much better.
