We used the Stanage as a stop off point on our trip to Scotland to stay with our son.
It was recommended by a friend. Hazel and Graham gave us a warm welcome and a comprehensive review of the local attractions and restaurants. The house and garden are very well tended and our room was comfortable and spacious. It is located in a quiet area so we both enjoyed a good night's sleep. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. We will visit again and would thoroughly recommend it!

The Stanage is a warm and welcoming place to stay for your travels. Hazel the owner is so attentive to your needs and requirments. She will do all she can to make you feel comfortable and at ease. We found that she was well informed on the area and recommended some lovely attractions to visit.
The room we had was very clean with a nice comfortable bed and there was a good selection for breakfast. I would recommend this bed and breakfast to any couples or single travellers in search of somewhere that is a home away from home and of good value for money.
