Formerly a 15th century water mill the hotel is right in the centre of Perth. Fresh running water is still visible through port holes in the reception and lounge areas. Please be advised that between the 14th June 21st July essential building works will be taking place at hotel. There will be an element of noise between 9am 6pm and also signs of renovation however we shall endeavour to make sure they are as unobtrusive as possible.
