Musty smell in the bedrooms. Windows on the ground floor did not lock. Reported to Receptions but nothing was done. This applies to rooms 4 and 5 and I bet the others were as bad. Beds were very hard. Lots of noise and footsteps overhead from the bar balcony above the rooms at night and early morning. No aircon or fans in the rooms. Toilets blocked in number 5 and nothing was done.
Restaurant food was far too expensive for what you were given - £25 per head.
