My friend and I stayed at the Park just over three weeks ago. It was a delightful stay and we were thrilled to have found such a delightful B and B in the south of England. The young couple who own the Park have obviously put a great deal of effort toward making travellers feel welcome. The atmosphere was friendly and the breakfasts were delicious. Also, we were particularly interested in locating a suitable accommodation that was near to the local train station. Thank you Tim and Sarah.

Parks Hotel is the best place I've ever found - I feel really lucky and priveleged to have chanced upon it. A wonderful level location only 5 minutes stroll form the Station and the Sea. A delightfully clean place with en-suite comfortable rooms, excellent breakfasts, evening meals available and the most friendly and delightful owners I've ever found.( Plus 2 delightful girls and a Rottweiler!) The other guests were all return visitors who'd discovered the place before me. I'm already booked for 2008. When you're there, you feel you're part of a large family, which is a bonus for someone like me who usually spends holidays on his own. I can't see myself looking for anywhere else to stay for years to come.

Its always a bit hit and miss when looking for a hotel but The Parks Hotel is definitely a BIG HIT!. We stayed over the bank holiday weekend (group of 5 friends) and from the start to the finish Tim and Sarah could not have been more helpful.
The standard of the rooms is excellent and Tims breakfasts are the stuff of legends with my friends and I!
A great place to stay, will hopefully be returning.
Thank You very much Tim And Sarah.
Leigh.

I had the most enjoyable stay and was made very welcome and was really looked after as a single female travelling on her own.
I intend to revisit the hotel next year.
Thanks for Tim and Sarah for everything.

A friendly well run hotel, which catered for my every need. A definate place to recomend, and somewhere i will look to return to on an annual basis.

The highlights were the food, rooms and the staff who went out of their way to make sure my stay was as good as they could make it.

With the sports field next door, and the beach less than 5 mins walk away, it is situated in a perfect location.

Having stayed at Tim & Sarah's for the last 2 years with my football team, Redruth United FC, I am full of praise for them, and for The Parks Hotel. They have been charming hosts, the rooms are all clean & tidy with full e/s facilities, breakfasts are full of choice and they really do go the extra mile to make a guest feel welcome. Not a single member of the group (up to 20 each time) has complained! Thank you for your hospitality.

This is the first time we have stayed in the Torquay area and was really pleased we chose The Parks Hotel, Our teenage son has a single room whilst we had a double room. The rooms were very clean. Our dog stayed with us too and was no trouble. The pool was excellant as was the food. The hospitality of Tim, Sarah and their family was second to none, THE BEST, they really made it feel like home for the week. They were so friendly, obliging, helpful, kind, chearful.....etc. We would certainly go back again and recommend it to anyone. Thanks Tim and Sarah and keep up the good work, looking forward to seeing the improvements you were talking about.

We have just returned from our third stay at The Parks Hotel within the past 14 months. What we particularly like about the hotel is the clean, spacious and friendly environment, which having two young children is very important to us. The owners are very helpful and are great with the kids. The food is at a very high standard- so much so my eldest daughter asked Tim (one of the owners) if he could come back home to cook for her! The hotel also has an outdoor heated pool that our children love. Of all the B&B's we have stayed in in Torquay this is definately the best and would not want to go anywhere else. Tim and Sarah (the owners) know how to make people feel welcome and they are excellent at what they do. Hoping to go back next year.
