I stayed here 2 nights & was very pleased with my room, the service, the breakfast & friendly hosts. The home is set back from the Perth Road & Golf Course Rd corner, a long drive lined with white rocks, shrubs & trees. The ground floor lounge is comfy, the dinning room across the hall is nicely appointed, well stocked, with most agreeable breakfasts . Of the 2nd floor rooms my single was nicely decorated; trouser press; 2 easy chairs; TV & tea making supplies; great west window lighting; a closet & a bench under the window for bags, etc. The large bath is shared with one other room with no problem. The room has a basin with good lighting & a rare full length mirror. Good lighting for night reading. The home is well cared for & exceedingly clean. The front garden lovely & ample parking of the street. The hosts gracious & willing to meet ones needs. This is a perfect base for exploring the area.
