A beautiful oast house in a wonderful farmland setting. We were made extremely welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was excellent - bright and airy. No detail was overlooked, even several choices of bubble bath!! Breakfast was a most enjoyable affair with a varied menu and local produce. One of the best guest houses we've ever stayed at. Congratulations on the AA 5 star status - well deserved.

Excellent accomodation on a genuine working farm in the heart of Kent. Add an efficient attentive host, who needs more?

The accommodations, including breakfast, were excellent. The hostess was very friendly and helpful and the location is very convenient. Be sure to take the hike which is on the B & B property.

Characterful place in an excellent countryside location. Host very friendly. Rooms comfortably and homely furnished to high standards. Hearty breakfasts that see you through the day. Lots of space to explore the local footpaths. Well recommended.

This is the standard to which all should aspire . Sarah is a charming host, every little detail has been thought of, beautiful spacious rooms, decor and comfort are outstanding , peaceful location. Breakfast choices and presentation are wonderful. Explore the farm and the fruit fields, it is worth it. This is truly A "five star" establishment.

A delightful converted Oast House in the depths of Kent. A friendly welcome, with plenty of useful written information readily available concerning the local area. The accommodation is very spacious and every little detail, whether it be soap, pillows, magazines etc have been thought of. The decor is as luxurious and comfortable as one would expect in an upmarket hotel. One of the joys of the place is that it is set well away from the main road, with the choice to wander freely around the farm along well defined paths etc. The breakfast is of a very high standard, with as much choice as one could ask for.

A welcoming and charming Oast house, run in an efficient and friendly way. Country kitchen breakfasts to die for! Highly recommended for a peaceful break - a typically English experience!
