I thought that this place was ridiculously overpriced for what you got. My room was OK and it was clean but when I arrived it was bitterly cold - there was no heating on in my room! Once I turned the radiators on it warmed up, but they knew I was coming, so why hadn't they warmed the room.

The breakfast was on the small side and my egg was undercooked.

I found the staff to be unhelpful and argumentative.

I certainly shall not go there again!
