fantastic stay

had a whale of a time, george was a fantastic host. i was there for 4 weeks while awaiting for accomadation. the breakfast was good. and the location is a short walk from the town and a short journy to the sea.

A wonderful weekend break. Pleasant surroundings with excellent services. would suit all ages and tastes. Every care taken to ensure a comfortable stay. Can't wait for the next visit.

Friendly place to stay. Staff looked after us really well. The room was comfortable and they were able to accomodate us and our 2 small children for the night.
Will definately return when back in the area.

We had a nice staying and the manager is a nice guy we have had a really good time in england with George.

My stay in Sunderland was fantastic. The Guest house was well located for Town (the bridges shopping center)& the Theatre. I was extremely well looked after by George & will be definitely returning!
